Dear diary,

Unfortunately today was the last day of my five memorable days of summer vacation. On 8th May I went to Goa with my family for our summer vacation and I was very delighted when we reached there. There was lot of greenery and food was very delicious. I enjoyed the unique Goanese Cuisine. We had a sunset river cruise in Goa in river Mandori it was a nice day. On 9th May we visited all the famous churches of South Goa and each church had its own beauty and unique architecture. It was a tiresome day but the grand churches mesmerized us all. On 10th May we visited the famous beaches of Goa. Though I don't enjoy beaches because in most places they are crowded and dirty but in Goa they were clean. I liked the moist air that was touching my face and felt relaxed sitting there for some time. We also payed visit to the great Ganesh Temple. On 11th May we went for a boat trip to see dolphins which was very exciting. I was so happy watching those dolphins jumping in and out of water. It was wonderful. Then we went to see the Aguada Fort. It was beautiful but I was tired roaming out in the sun. In the evening we went for shopping and we purchased famous cashews of Goa. Finally on 17th May we returned back to Raipur. Even our return back was memorable for me because I had quality time chatting with my mother while travelling after a long time and had great fun. I really enjoyed the five days of summer vacation and they were memorable for me. Now let's get back to work and routine, got a lot to do. Holiday is over! I rested for a while and now I am refreshed, have more energy.😇✈

So its been so long since I actually had an official vacation because I had big plans after my boards that we may actually go to Banaras or somewhere but Corona came at the exact bad time and caused havoc in our lives. We all were locked in our homes and I personally think that the students were the most affected emotionally and mentally because we lost our main window of social and outside exposure. At least for me I know it didn't really had an academic advantage as for the first time I found that I am mentally very fragile and its hard for me to focus in abnormal conditions so altogether 2020 was an unproductive year even non- academically i.e. no extracurriculars or a very happy; thrilling and exciting life. Greetings to everyone, so about my well being I successfully entered class 12th after passing all the hurdles of class 11th which means I am a high school senior now but only on outside. All I can say is not a great start, nobody but who suffers can understand. So was it difficult? Yes it was after the situation we all faced previous year but that doesn't mean it makes anything easier right? Because now I have to put twice the efforts. So is it still stressful? Yes it is and the present circumstances aren't really favorable but I don't want to burden myself with unnecessary worries or regretting on things that cant be changed or haven't even happened yet instead now I am focusing on what is still possible for me to do. At least I don't want to give up without trying so that I don't feel guilty or regret in future. Also its hard to satisfy everyone but more important is self satisfaction.
